✔ Mixing Ratio: 5:1 by weight | 3.7:1 by volume with 2K WEP 9500-25 Hardener.

✔ Thinner: Water-Based Thinner – Adjust viscosity if needed.

✔ Dilution: Brush & Roller: 0 - 5% | Spray Gun: 0 - 5%.

✔ Application:

• Gravity Spray Gun: 1.4 - 1.8mm nozzle, 2.0 - 2.5 bar pressure.
• Airmix / Airless Spray System: 0.23 - 0.33mm nozzle, 100 - 120 bar pressure.

⏳ Drying Times:

✔ Dust Dry: 45 - 55 min at 20°C

✔ Set to Touch: 1 - 2 hours at 20°C

✔ Ready for Assembly: 24 - 48 hours at 20°C

✔ Recoatable: After 2 hours at 20°C
