1. Return Conditions
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • A re-stocking/handling fee of 10% may apply to returned items unless the return is due to our error.
  • Custom-mixed paints or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).
2. How to Return or Exchange
  • Email us at sales@ftpaints.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and instructions.
  • Carefully repackage the items and include the return form provided.
3. Refunds Timeline
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Opened aerosols or liquid products

Order Tracking
  • Include a section where users can track orders by referencing their order number or confirmation email.
  • Display tracking status, courier info, and last update.
  • If integrated with Odoo backend, use real-time tracking or API from courier.

  • Allow user to upload photos for damaged items
  • Let user pick refund vs exchange option
  • Connect request to Odoo’s return authorization workflow
