Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A re-stocking/handling fee of 10% may apply to returned items unless the return is due to our error.
- Custom-mixed paints or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).
2. How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at sales@ftpaints.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and instructions.
- Carefully repackage the items and include the return form provided.
3. Refunds Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Tracking
- Include a section where users can track orders by referencing their order number or confirmation email.
- Display tracking status, courier info, and last update.
- If integrated with Odoo backend, use real-time tracking or API from courier.
